My girlfriend and I have been taking both RISE and SLEEP for 6 weeks now, and we can see noticeable improvements regarding our routines and sleep schedules already. I am usually a morning person, but it still gives me more mental clarity in the morning. It has also kept my sleep and routines in check, even though it’s summer and social life has become quite hectic. For her, getting out of bed has become much easier and more on schedule.
