Embracing the transformative power of sleep, we ran marathons, cycled through Europe, and dipped our toes in icewater. We're not superhuman, but we are motivated by our own curiousity and passion for proactive health.
From this journey, 8hours emerged with the vision to be a wake-up call for sleep. We aim to seamlessly integrate science and nature, crafting a daily habit effortlessly optimizing sleep and recovery for those intentional about their proactive health. Unsatisfied with existing options, it took nearly two years of relentless research, testing, and refinement to create what we believe is a game-changer.
